Preconstruction Planning for Proper Water Treatment

Purpose: To provide your new home with the proper water treatment located in the right locations.

Water treatment in your new home is not a luxury. Proper water treatment is a necessity to protect the largest investment you will make. A professionally designed water treatment system will protect you and your family, save you money, all while protecting the environment.

The best way to do this is to plan for it, not add something later which will result in costing you more money and in some cases may simply not be possible.

Water treatment has two levels:

POE or Point of Entry: 

This treats every water outlet in your house.

Thus, protecting your home and saving you money at the same time.

POU or Point of Use:

This is water treated to the level of Reverse Osmosis, used for drinking and cooking.

Reverse Osmosis gives you 99.99% Bacterial, Virus and Cyst protection. Also providing protection from PFAS the (forever chemical), now in many water supplies, both private and municipal.

Think of it this way, would you build a house without a roof, or a bathroom, or a kitchen. Would you build a house with no water heater or water closet, or a proper place for the refrigerator? Of course not, neither should you build your new home without planning for proper water treatment.
